A: We recommend securing your session at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially for weekend or seasonal dates. Last-minute requests may be available upon inquiry, but availability is limited.
We understand for newborn sessions it may be hard to plan, so please reach out so we can discuss. 

A: Sessions are usually 60-90 minutes (entirely at the photographer's discretion) depending on the concept and location. We never rush — every shoot is paced for comfort, creativity, and connection. longer shoots can be arranged.

A:  Once booked, you’ll receive a carefully curated Session Guide via email with wardrobe recommendations, mood board inspiration, and suggestions to bring the vision to life. We’re always here to help you feel confident and timeless.

we also offer personalized styling services for more in depth help upon request.

A:  Yes, of course. Our lens is made for real life — we welcome couples, families, furry companions, and any story worth remembering. we must know who is attending during the phone consultation though. 

A:  Yes. Travel can be arranged, both locally and internationally. If your story belongs in a different city, let’s talk about bringing the vision to life.

A: Final images are delivered via a password-protected online gallery, with high-resolution downloads and optional heirloom add-ons (prints, albums, and keepsakes). You'll also receive a gentle reveal email when your gallery is ready — we believe delivery should feel like a gift.

A:  Galleries are typically delivered within 1-2 weeks. During busier seasons, this may vary slightly — but every image is edited with care and intention. Rush delivery is available upon request.

A:  A: Absolutely — many clients opt for a couples session and a newborn session, or a solo session followed by a family shoot. We offer a special keepsake discount when booking two sessions together.

A: At this time, we accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, and direct bank transfer. A 50% retainer is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due by the day of the session.

A: We understand that life is unpredictable. However, due to the time reserved and resources planned for each session, reschedules or cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will incur a 30% fee of the total package cost. We appreciate your understanding — it ensures we can continue offering a seamless and elevated experience to all of our clients.

A:  Our sessions are intentionally designed to feel intimate, calm, and curated — too many people on set can shift the energy and rhythm of the experience. If you'd like to include additional guests or participants not previously discussed during our pre-session consultation, please let us know in advance.

Unplanned additions on the day of the session may incur a €50 per person fee to allow for the extra time and coordination required.

For family portrait sessions, the base package includes up to 5 family members (typically 2 parents and 3 children). Each additional person beyond this limit will be subject to a €35 per person fee.

We appreciate your understanding as this allows us to maintain the care and creative quality that defines our work.
