Photographer Terms and Conditions

Definitions

• "Photographer" refers to Schuster Shutters Photography, and its affiliated photographer.

• "Client" refers to the individual or entity engaging the services of the Photographer.

• "Services" refers to the photography services provided by the Photographer.

Booking and Payment

1. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due on the day of the shoot.
2. Payment can be made via cash or electronic transfer.
3. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, the deposit may be applied to a future booking if sufficient notice is provided.

Usage and Copyright

1. The Photographer retains the copyright of all images produced during the course of the Services.
2. The Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the images for personal or promotional purposes.
3. Any commercial use of the images must be agreed upon in writing with the Photographer.

Delivery of Images

1. The Photographer will provide the Client with a selection of edited images within a specified timeframe, as agreed upon in the booking.
2. The images will be delivered digitally, unless alternative arrangements have been made.

Client Responsibilities

1. The Client is responsible for providing necessary permissions and access to all locations involved in the Services.
2. The Client must communicate any specific requests or details related to the shoot in a timely manner.

Liability

1. The Photographer will not be liable for any unforeseen circumstances that may impact the delivery of the Services, such as equipment failure or extreme weather conditions.
2. In the unlikely event that the Photographer is unable to fulfill the Services, the shoot can be rescheduled (the deposit is Non-Refundable).
These terms and conditions are agreed upon by the Photographer and the Client upon booking the Services. Any amendments or additional terms must be mutually agreed upon in writing.
